  10. Hello, im a new members ! Just bought a banshee recently and everything was going fine tried it was running fine. one morning, i decided to go for a run and it was running prettry weird throttle was kinda sticking it was also throwing gas at every place possible. So i dissasemble, clean the carb, adjust pilot air screws, also synchronize the slide. i also checked if there was any airleak. I noticed my KN filter had to much oil so i cleaned it and i also notice a little piece of wood in the vforce so i inspect them eveything was fine. Motor have very good compression. i changed the carburetor gasket. Yesterday, tried to go for a run same problem so i retire air box open carb again everything was fine. while i was reassembling i noticed without air box that one of the slide was sticking like 2-3 mm higher than the other(the left one) I also realised that my caburetor slide on the left side was kinda used. the slide is completely or almost grey metal there isnt paint anymore on the right one there is more paint. i decided to buff it a little but is didnt do anything same problem. I also called yamaha dealer and the slide are kinda expansive. so now im asking if there is a solution carburator are very good and clean the wire is brand new but still sticking. i wondering if i can paint them with something or i dont know.. someone have any sugestion thank you !
