Damn I know it’s probably a no go but if you still have the swing arm i am PayPal ready
-
So when you have floats you have to store with the front end jacked up
-
Both great shocks. Fox is lighter, more adjustabity on the go with the pump. Elka is good as well. Not worrying about a seal possibly blowing with Elka ( not saying it would happen on fox but could especially on a used set) and you don't have to keep the front end jacked up in the air when storing. Can't go wrong with either imo. Pick your poison, setup right and enjoy

A guy with a yfz had to send his evols back 3 times because they leaked and had gouges all over the shafts.
Brand new.
After the 3rd time he is not going back to fox.
This is the first I heard of any issue with Fox like this.

Thinking about pulling the trigger on a set of floats or elkas to go with a long travel aarm set up..price is about even just wanted some pros and cons from ppl who currently run either set up.

Does anyone know if they make rears to match the hood??

I pulled the rubber o rings out and it still didnt fit..,im not having a problem with both sides for some reason the right side pipe went on without any real problems..,its the one in the left thats giving all the problems.
Its def getting caught on the metal ring inside the pipe it slides over the rubber o rings without a problem
-
I emailed gary and he seems like a stand up guy...he told me that i could hand sand the metal o ring down a bit or that i could ship him the pipe and he would return payment for the shipping fees...
Im gonna try to sand it down a bit but im not all that comfortable sanding on a pipe that expensive to fit a cylinder that i am certain wont be on my bike for very long

Lol im locked in...thanks for clearing that up alot of ppl talk about them but dont explain what they do
