My elevation is 311 above sea level and now the bike is getin power thruout the whole gear but hesitatin on the bottom end

I changed main jet to a 320 cuz bike was losin power in mid range my pilot is a 20 and my airscrew is 2 turns out needle clip is on fourth slot from the top bike has power now wit 320 but hesitates on bottom end

Should I go down to 36mm pwk? I bought the 38mm cuz I only payed $100 for both

Stock stroke 64.5 mm pistons vf3 toomey t5 timing plate +4 uni filter pods not sure on pilot size main jet is 250 and needle in the middle 38mm mikuni tm bike runs hard and strong runnin rich on bottom end please help

Hello I'm runnin mikuni tm 38mm on a stock stroke Mild ported banshee I have uni individual Pods timing plate +4 vforce 3 cool head 22cc domes Running a 250main and not sure of the pilot Needle in the middle clip bike runs strong but to Me runs a lil rich but I dnt want to go lower on jett I'm runnin dual mikuni tm 38mm and a dual pingel By the way any help please
