  1. Thanks strm trpr, I will mess with it Saturday, all this in put is great guys.....
  2. Oh god builder there's more lol, we'll I got it idling really good, the carb slides look pretty perfect in sync, how will I know were the air screws need to be, adjustment wise? It revs up fine in neutral, I didn't ride it yet because the neighbors will kill me it's 8 pm
  3. You guys are awesome just turned them out like you all said and got it to idle good, my vacuum tester is coming in the mail so Friday I can really dial it in. I youtubed how to sync the 2 carbs at low idel and half throttle so I hope I can get that right lol. Thanks again guys
  4. The idle screw I can turn by hand, I turned that a 1/2 turn out, Builder so what your saying is turn them idle screws more out like maybe 2 turns out?
  5. Just put on mikuni 28 mm flat slide carbs. Started up fist kick and idles like it's at half throttle, I checked the cable and the slide in the carb it looks perfect, I have stock motor, toomey t6 pipes, force reeds and uni foam filters. 2005 banshee. I turned the idle screws on the side of the carbs all the way in and backed them out 1/2 turn. I have 300 main jets in and it's 30 degrees out in Detroit Michigan, if I take the filters off and hold my had a 1/4 inch or so in back of the carbs it idles perfect like restricting air, before I take the carbs apart any ideas,
  6. Sorry guys just got back in town,v force reeds and yes stock carbs, I decided to get rid of stock carbs and add minuki 28mm flat slide carbs and delete the aibox and run foam pods. The reason for the carb change so I can change mains easier and I was told they are better then the stock set up. I also ordered the vacuum gauge so I can sync carbs at low idle and mid throttle. I'll keep you informed. Also thanks for trying to help.
  7. Boisen I believe, when you put the toomey pipes on they provide instructions for the air box, it's the complete 700 kit so you can check it out on there site
  8. Lakes motor sports in Michigan is open
  9. Forgot in outside Detroit Michigan so I'm pretty much sea level
  10. All the above in the heading, stock carbs, I have the 270 mains in for summer and with those mains at 20 degrees out side it's dogging out of the whole, I just put 320 mains in and it's sluggish until full throttle, should I try 290s? It's just a bitch changing them
