  1. Well I also could use the right one as the elbow from the fuel line to the bowl keeps coming out.
  2. Left carb.Thanks. I will gladly pay you.
  3. ^^^^ Let me know. Bought this for my son. We have really enjoyed working on it together - quality time!
  4. Just resolved prob. The nut on the original screw was stripped at the head of the screw and wouldn't adjust as it kept trying to crossthread. When I removed the TORS and hit them with a sledge, I installed a new idle adjust screw/nut combo. Also, re-tapped the hole as the original was excessively tight. Well, the new screw wouldn't hold position as it kept popping out of the internal threads. The old screw fit nice and snug. Hacked sawed off the nut on the old and installed the nut that came with the new and all is well. I also noticed when I tried to put the new nut on the old screw it was very difficult. Could it be that I got a screw with out of spec threads? Or that the screw that came with the bike was an oddball? Both looked the same to the naked eye but obviously they aren't. Thanks for all the suggestions.
  5. Tors is deleted. No spring. When I tighten down the lock nut the screw pops out a bit like the threads aren't holding. Thought about Teflon but wasn't sure how it would react with gasoline.
  6. Stock carbs on 2002. When purchased(used) the left side idle adjust would not thread in all the way. Re-tapped carb body and now idle screw won't hold position. Should I try to re-tap or can a heli-coil be inserted? If so what size heli-coil? Any other ideas/suggestions would be appreciated. BTW - If anyone has a set of factory carbs-26mm that they would like to part with please message me.
  7. It's the part between 19 and 26 that doesn't have a number. http://images.cmsnl.com/img/partslists/yamaha-yfz350a-banshee-1990-carburetor_bigyau0300a-11_25b5.gif
  8. That is what I am doing- getting rid of the TORS. Don't I still need that inner plate on top of the spring with the flat tab that slides down along the flat portion of the carb throttle valve housing or does that part go away with the TORS deletion? Thanks for the reply.
  9. I have searched the common suspects on line and all show but none seem to list the "inner cap" that fits under the outer cap of the throttle valve assy. Purchased a used 2002 and found that flat alignment tab that fits along side the flat spot on top of the carb is broken off. It is part #7 on pg.191 of Clymers. Any help on locating one would be greatly appreciated.
