  Unless youve jetted them before its likely they were incorrect to start with. So more then likely you should check into this as it could have been the reason for top end replacement in the first place.

need help!!! I have a banshee at 360cc stock reeds, wiseco top end, kn air filter, led full exhaust. I just rebuilt everything and it starts very hard and will not idle down I have 200 mains with 25 pilots. it idles very high and when throttle is given it hesitates at a high rpm before coming down?!?! any suggestions?

  Jetting is way too lean. I will take, "what is improperly jetted for 1000 Alex".
  
  Possibly an air leak on cylinder or head gaskets since it just started after rebuild? Do a leak down test to be sure as either can melt your topend.
