Transmission is Manual , 350cc engine . Everything works on it, it has no leaks or drips and does not smoke at all, slightly used in 100% working and looking conditions with a clear title free of liens.

I've never seen it all break like that. Just one or two fingers on a hub. That could be related to excessive torque, but I'd imagine it is more then likely improper assembly/adjustment.

The pilot jet should not be loose. Tighten it. The af screw should be a 1.5 turns out to start with.

If you don't know your local guys, and by that know that they are phenomenal with banshees (not blasters or 250r's) then go with redline or fast.
