but not many do correct? I thought back pressure was most important on a 4 stroke motor? there will still be back pressure going from the size of the flange on the cylinder and then expansion chamber to the 7/8 flange to the silencer? correct me in any way you can Im trying to learn everything I can

ya I have new packing. just trying to improve on these pro circuits any way I can. cant afford pipes. and about the back pressure comment- what about drag pipes? theyre straight pipes correct?

Ok so has anyone changed the baffling on their silencers? For example- I was thinking about wrappin the first 6 inches of the baffle with a piece of tin so the air doesn't hit the baffle and start tumbling until later in the silencer and for a shorter period of time. My thought is it may be more of a straight pipe? Less resistance? Thoughts?

Ya I have the rack now and a 2.5 gal can- gets me around 60 miles or so maybe little more depending how hard I'm beating on it

A serval Is a trail oriented cylinder - I trail ride -why wouldn't fuel consumption be a concern. I go on long rides with 4strokes without access to gas stations. I've had my banshee for years an wouldn't trade it for a 450 getting 25 mpg EVER. I wanted something beastly for the trails which is what I have but its pretty snappy as is that's why I'm not even sure if I'm ready to tear it down yet for a port

Yah idk I'm considering a clean up but economy is so bad as it is it's really not practical- I'm already around 10mpg and have to carry a can on a 6 pack rack

So diff pipes are different diameters? Anyone know what pipes are interchangeable ?

Is it possible to run different silencers on pro circuit pipes? Can't afford a full system but may be able to afford some silencers. Gonna keep the pc's for a bit but one of my silencers has a puncture hole from a stick
