  1. but not many do correct? I thought back pressure was most important on a 4 stroke motor? there will still be back pressure going from the size of the flange on the cylinder and then expansion chamber to the 7/8 flange to the silencer? correct me in any way you can Im trying to learn everything I can

  2. Ok so has anyone changed the baffling on their silencers? For example- I was thinking about wrappin the first 6 inches of the baffle with a piece of tin so the air doesn't hit the baffle and start tumbling until later in the silencer and for a shorter period of time. My thought is it may be more of a straight pipe? Less resistance? Thoughts?

  3. what im saying is... power comes at a cost.... you cant have the best of both worlds high hp and good fuel eco....

    Wh

all you can do is increase the amount of fuel you can carry with you.....

make your buds buy JD's roto pax and make em bring a extra couple gals too...

    Whats this roto Pax ?
  4. A serval Is a trail oriented cylinder - I trail ride -why wouldn't fuel consumption be a concern. I go on long rides with 4strokes without access to gas stations. I've had my banshee for years an wouldn't trade it for a 450 getting 25 mpg EVER. I wanted something beastly for the trails which is what I have but its pretty snappy as is that's why I'm not even sure if I'm ready to tear it down yet for a port
