If it starts on the first kick from complete cold start, is that a good sign for compression?

That is why I am getting it, to go fast. So, what will I have to do possibly soon? Any way to tell if it needs a rebuild soon? It has never had a bolt turned on it since new

I am looking to get a banshee. I found a local 2006 model that the engine is all stock. It has t6 pipes and new tires. What can I expect to be replacing soon? Bearings seem tight. Engine cold starts on first or second kick. Can you give me some advice?
