  1. My stock port had 280 mains im sending the motor out to fast. I just blew it last week. Still have to rip her out
  2. I'm having my stock cylinders ported and my stock crank true and welded. A +4 timing plate. And a cool head also added. I'm running stock carburetors with the toomey perfect jets 280 Main now. I'm wondering what jets I may have to use with my new setup. My pipes are to me t5.reeds are vf4. I am at sea level. Thanks guys

  9. Pistons all locked up...metal chunks in the right cylinder. Its a stock motor original to the bike...only mods are t5s jets and vforce 4....since its shot I want to do motor work....but what? So what should I do boys?

I went riding today and notice that the Banshee was not running right.I pulled the plug from the right side cylinder and there was blackish grey sludge on the plug. when it's running ,the exhaust on the right side is very weak. I'm wondering if I may have blown the piston. I put new plugs in and had the same problem.I run a foam filter with no air box and may have gotten some water in there. any idea what I may have done? Thanks
  11. Agreed do a leak test...also if you have a tors removal check the idle screws are tight as well as your air screw..they could get loose.
  12. First my mods..toomey t5s, 2 into 1 k and n filter ...air box off ...tors removal ..toomey perfect jet kit..stock motor. Was running boysen carbon reeds on a stock reed cage...just installed the v force 4 reed cage in hopes of a nice low end gain.did have a little better throttle response but not what I thought...now, Im not looking for a crazy amount of gain from just reeds but just thought more from this product . Imho
  13. New to the site but not to the banshee.im running a 99 banshee stock motor.toomey t5 with the toomey perfect jet kit. K and n 2 into 1 filter no air box ..tors removed . Boysen carbon power reeds on stock reed cage. Im looking into getting the v force 4 .... my question is should I upgrade my manifold to the tdr billet or just run the v force on my stock manifold. And if I do will it fit ty guys ..
