Ugly Bronco

I wasn't asking for cheap bearings. I would like to be able to go buy them five minutes from home TODAY versus driving across town to pay a dealer markup or waiting for shipping.

Does anyone have any part numbers for regular parts store bearings to replace stock front wheel bearings?

I run CNC machines, lathe right now. You? So anyone else in/ around Houston?

I only rode Sam's once for maybe a couple hours. It was a last minute plan and it got so cold my hands were numb by dark so I left. But TX ORR is mostly flat except for one big hill, a dirt/rock pit and one stream that runs through it. The good thing is there is plenty of room to open up your machine on a lot of the perimeter trails and they made a little circle track to play on. The pit has a couple sandy hills to play on, but its mainly been set up for rock buggies to play. There is also a spring fed swimming hole they dug. I actually just moved from the North side of Conroe (not THAT far from you,) to the South side of Tomball so I'm a good hour & a.half away now.

Completely forgot to check this thread until now. I went to Texas Off-road Ranch yesterday. It's less than a year old, actually straight through the woods to the South of Gen Sam's. I'm still shooting for a day or two at DSO two weeks from now. My parents are supposed to go down to Bolivar Peninsula that same weekend so I may look into if I can ride down there & hang out with them a bit.

Conroe, Willis, Huntsville? I'm gonna try n ride Sunday, probably in Huntsville. & two weekends from now I'm taking a three day weekend just for me. Unless my Banshee suffers from catastrophic failure before then I'll be riding it then.

So what was the part number & price from Fastener?

I suppose I could slot the holes out some. I'm just also limited on time/ lazy about pulling more of it apart right now. I haven't ridden (or done anything fun) in quite a while and was hoping to have it back together this weekend. Looks like most everyone here likes f.a.s.t. for parts? I looked at that website a bit, the prices seem good. The only comparison I have is the little I've looked at rocky mountain ATV.

I normally would do just that. That's actually how I picked mine up, PO said it wasn't running right. I gave him cash, pulled, then cleaned the carbs right in front of him, then proceeded to ride the piss out of it. But one or both needle and seats weren't sealing to the point where it filled my cylinder and pipe full of fuel to the point of hydro-locking the engine. So I was thinking maybe the rubber was worn out too bad. But I suppose I can just be vigilant in shutting off the fuel everytime I shut the bike off.

Umm why? I'm looking for things that perform. I don't care about appearance.

I searched a bit but can't find a thread with exactly what I need. I have an '03 I'm looking at tossing a couple more upgrades at. It already has FMF pipes and a k&n I picked up off Clist. I took the carbs off to clean/ rebuild because one of the needle valves wasn't seating. So I at least need to buy a rebuild kit and jet kit. It doesn't seem to have any major flaws in the jetting but I'm sure it could be improved. I also want/need a tors elimintor and the chain and sprockets are in terrible shape. I live near Houston Tx and anywhere I ride is wooded, usually wet/ muddy trails so I need a good low end, but I also enjoy the occasional blast down pavement and giving people in cars the full on wtf effect when I blow by them so I prefer not to give up much if any off the top end. So giving a budget of $400-ish, maybe a bit more, including the required minimum maintenance items listed above where should I dump the remainder of my budget? I'm kind of guessing at reeds, whether v-force 3s or 4s or just petals in the stock cages plus something else? I don't really have time right now (at work on my phone) to look up prices for everything and add it all up. I know I'm asking a lot for a first post noob to this forum but if anyone that could give me a rough idea relatively easily it would be greatly appreciated.
