I'm interested, but i'm from the netherlands. do you have any idea what shipping will cost? Is it worth the money? What i know is that bone stock banshee's are sold here for 2500 to 6500 euro's. thats about 3200 to 8500 dollar. So to me it looks like a great deal, but like i said, i have no clue what so ever how to deal with shipping company's and how much it costs and tax etc..etc..

A little late maybe but... I just found out the same problems you have for myself , same re-build, same carbs, i tried a lot of the same things you did but nothing really solved the problems. finally i found some info about 34mm flatslide mikuni on this forum, The stock needle jet in these carbs are too big. go for a p8 or p6 jet, you will have to rejet it but i'm pretty sure it will run great. (Im from the netherlands , excuse me for my bad writing)
