Hey scored piston and cylinder last summer had it redone by the end of last summer still was hard to start winterized it then pulled it out this summer only started with starting fluid pulled out carbs drained fluid put them back in starts first kick but only one spark plug colors but they both spark Please Help

put my banshee away last year all winterized then pulled it out this summer didnt start unless starting fluid was used pulled the carbs drained fuel and replaced started first kick but only the right spark plug is coloring but the left does spark
