  1. What do you mean fouled?? And sry I put new gas an oil in it earlier today lol not when I was drunk.
  2. 97 I put the air box on turned my air jets out got pissed cuz it sucked. Put the outwears back on screwed the jets in some. Got drunk and drifted the shit out of it last night in the yard. Put some gas in her and I always mix it with a bit more oil just to be safe. I habve the fmf old series on it and the right cylinder back fired when I had it running now I'm thinkin it was because it was jus not warmed up all the way ??? But it didn't back fire before and it was only happenin on the right side and the exhaust stopped smoking on the same side. I rode it more and it stopped acting weird. But it does bog when I hit 6th gear. Any ideas and thoughts about it are appreciated.
  3. Any place where I can just order online?
  4. Sure to my question?
  5. So would anybody say that I'll be safe running my k&n filters while roosting through mud and a little bit of water?
  6. Recently bought 97 with circular filters coming off carbs don't want those so I put the stock air filter and box back on because I'm riding through sloppy mud holes. But now it bogs a bit not to bad but I know it isnt at its best performance. And when I'm in a low gear trying to put some power down it doesn't like to again not terribly bad but its enough to notice and know its not at its best. What should I do? I drilled holes in the air box lid and turned the air jet needle out a bit. But still seems be sluggish. Any ideas and thoughts are appreciated. And I don't want to go back to those filters because of the fear of sucking in water

  8. If I get a bigger sprocket that will add low end torque yea?
  9. Oh the gguy did say that it was jetted for warm weather if that helpss to
  10. Also note that I'm not racing I'm roostingg mud holes and tight corners heavy mud
  11. Sorry I don't know what jets are in it. Is there a way to check like a number on one or something? but can tell you that it was sluggish with the low end power I can't really get the bike to stand up do to the lack of power. But once it built up speed and hit that power band it just left my buddys 650 in the dust. What is needed to get that power? I thought it was the jets?
  12. shit winds are brewing ricky

  13. 97 with 80k bore gold series fmf fatty powercore II with the mikuni carbs. The guy I bouht it from has some sort of jets in it idk but its setup more for top end. I'm wondering what jets to use for more low end power so I can power through mud holes I had the k&n cylinder air filters on it but I want to hit mud holes so i put the stock air box back on and drilled holes in the top. In fear of the open filters sucking in water and should I et an after market box and filter?

  15. I have a stock sprocket on my 97 its jetted for high speed which I love but I was thinking about more low end with a bigger rear sprocket. I just bought the bike last week from a guy who knew what he was doing to the machine i dont want to mess with the jets either so the sprocket is what I'm thinking. Id like to how many teeth I should jump up to and where is a good place to get a sprocket and a chain if needed
