  1. They are stock carbs. 250 mains. Left all other jets alone. Cleaned the one under the float and the air screws are synced at 1.5 turns. When I put them back on I had dirt in them but I just tore them down and cleaned all I could. Choke seems more sticky than before. Could that do anything? Crossover tube is new
  2. I think everything was sealed well. The guy that helped me took a lot of time showing me everything and making sure I did it right. I just called him after I read all that and he is still convinced I have a carb problem. Is that possible?
  3. Haha damn. Ok ill check it out. Thanks for the help and the quick responses. I'm trying to race the gncc circuit and need to figure this out asap
  4. This was my first rebuild
  5. Used rtv on the whole thing. The guy who helped me builds race car motors for a living and he approved
  6. Leakdown*. Sorry autocorrect
  7. I don't know what that is. Just take it a dealer and ask them to do a leaks own test?
  8. Both crank seals are new. Seemed to go in nice too
  9. Also if I run it hard the smoking problem goes away for a little bit and my reeds are brand nee
  10. I've had my banshee for two years now. Last year I had antifreeze getting into my oil. It steadily got worse so over the winter I tore the motor down. Replaced crank seals put a new billet water impeller in with new seal and bearing. Replaced top end and all o-rings in my cool head. Put back together and it was fine for 2-3 miles in the woods after the break in. It began to smoke heavily out the clutch side exhaust. I then tore the car reactors down. Air screw on that side had dirt in it I cleaned it and the problem is still there. I don't seem to be losing any coolant. If any its minimal but the right side continued to smoke. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also had a bad clutch problem last year die to the oil breaking down and it heating up. It was all replaced with a new Hinson complete clutch.
