I'm pretty sure the spark plug torque is 18ft*lbs or there abouts.

Since those domes are brand new, I'd put some anti-seize on the threads.

I just checked the service manual and it is 14ft*lbs.

In the field I usually just finger tighten it, then give it a 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
