  1. I have the nub/guide, I was thinking if JB weld would hold it in. If not, looks like I'm getting new carbs
  2. The guide that the slider rides on inside the carb came out, so that made the slider spin and caused it to not go down all of the way.. I put it back in and it goes too far in and it hits/stops the slider.. Has anyone had that problem and is it repairable?? I can't post any pics because it says they are too big..
  3. That sucks.. I've had it a few years and never had a problem.. I'm hoping that it's something small and it won't cost much
  4. What's up everyone.. Hopefully someone could give me a little help/knowledge. I was out riding last night to blow off steam and something happened in the gearbox. I can't get it to down/up shift at all and it's stuck in 3rd or 4th gear.. any ideas on what it could be before I try or a buddy of mine( I've never taken apart a quad motor) disassemble it. I was able to ride it back to the barn and I didn't hear any grinding noise coming for the gearbox. I appreciate any kind of feedback
  5. but it already looks like the wires are already cut and taped
  6. I have a 1998 that is driving me CRAZY!!!!! The carbs look good and so do the needles and the fuel screens in the tank are clean.. I replaced the plugs, coil and TORS unit and im still having my issue.. I was riding for about 1.5.hrs and the bike stalled... let it sit for 5 min, start it and idle fine but then try to give it gas, it would bogg down and stall. took the reed assy's out and they look good and compression seems good..
