Hey all, I am currently running a BR8ES plug in my shee I am also running a BR7ES plug in my 1100 Kawasaki jet ski 2 stroke Now people say a 7 will melt the engine but the ski doesnt seem to mind the hot plug how would the shee do with a 7? has any ran a 7 in there shee? did it run better or the same?

Ok, can I unplug it? Do I have to jumper the wires together?

Hey all Picked up a 05 4 mil. He had the receipt from the shop who built the engine to prove it was a 4mil. The thing is, it runs weird. I had it sitting and snapped it wide open and it went to a flat bog. I went to ride it and couldn't get it to start popping off the pipes. I want to say jets. I have read that it could be the CDI box not allowing the engine to rev. I know how to check jets But how do I check a CDI? If that's the problem

I want to say its coming out the carb but idk Am I to rich or a does the floats need adjusting ???

Well months ago I took my shee down to the frame and started building Project Joker and seeing how I am almost done I am about to go get new decals made So what sounds better to brand on the bike "Project Joker" "Joker" "The Joker" Or just keep it called a Banshee

Ya know I don't know what size a fat jet is, But the guy said he Plut a fat jet in the carbs And for another $160 I can bring the bike in to be ran on his Dyno To tune the carbs. I live in the country so I guess you can say I am dirt roads rider, Yes the local cop has told me As Long as I am not being wreck less and stupid he doesn't care.

Hey all, After 5 months of sitting I finally got to fire my 4 mil engine. I had the bike idealing cause I can't ride it yet due to the chain sitting on the shelf. Now got some probably common question to ask. How long before I can really get into pushing the engine? 1 hour of putting, 2 hours? Why does it have a flat dull sound instead of the bing bing the stock engine had sound? The shop who built it plugged in a fat jet, is this ok to run? It smokes a lot heavier than when it was stock. I have 32:1 in the tank. FMF pipes they came with the bike, the money is not there to upgrade to some thing better. Did the 4mil really make the bike go from 40hp to 60hp? Thanks

I am just wondering if anyone knows why Yamaha Named the banshee a YZF 350 Why "F" its not a four stroke Shouldn't it of been just a YZ 350. Is the reason behind the F in YZF350 banshee

Hey all, I sitting here build this banshee for next spring and my mind just clicked a idea. since this is a dune running bike instead of a chain can I run a cog belt drive set up like what Harley Davidson uses on there street bikes?? the reason I ask is sand gets in everything and can destory a chain pretty easily. Has anyone already done a belt drive set up on a banshee?? or will this have to be a complete custom job?

I am assuming I am not the only one who has had probelms with full flight

Hey all, After doing research I am really temped to go all out and just build a bike this winter. Since you can buy after market frames I am wondering are the frames stamped with a vin? The reason I ask the insurance will want a number to file. Sorry if I build a complete after market everything bike I kinda want a safety net in case some kids wants to take on a joy ride, or some car decides to smash into my trailer. Has anyone just built a bike instead of buying one and than modifying a stock one? Are there any parts that aren't in the after market world? The only thing I can think of that I may need off a stock bike is a seat.

if your doing a build on a budget and don't mind having to do a little work Sure they are great for the money

yep that's what I bought so far they have not been a bolt in and go kinda job. more like a tweak this and pound that kinda job and I and I currently using the stock shocks because I cant afford longer ones at the moment the guy told me stock shocks will work fine.

Hey all, I bought some +2 A Arms from RPM industries. I will start out with the good about these A Arms, The guy gave me a deal of $300 +free shipping was $335 now the bad, The kit did not come with new bushings, like he said The ball joints didn't fit, had to make the hole a little bigger The shocks didnt fit, had the beat them into place So affordable YES. But took work making them fit.

Hey all, I am searching around for stock size A Arms with removable ball joints. I came across a company called RPM Industries that makes them. Has anyone used them? Good ... Bad

Ok I am a dummy does + 2 mean 2 inches taller or wider? and does any one make a stock size A arm with a replaceable ball joint? I cant make the bike wider because it wont fit in my truck, it barely fits now.
