  1. take it the guy already had the wire disconnected at the perch, just take it the rest of the way down the harness and remove? thanks
  2. Hopefully easy enough topic. Have an 06 SE, when I bought it the parking brake was disconnected. Getting ready to change the levers and take the block off. What else do I need to from an electrical perspective? Also what's the plunger type switch located on the right side of the bike fwd of the rr brake res.
  3. Thanks for the input everyone.
  4. Thanks, yes I did check out the site but I guess I'd have to get a full assessment on the shocks. Based on what you guys are telling me though I'll probably pass on the shocks. The guy won't come down off $190 for them. Figure I'd have to throw at least 200-300 into them...not worth it when I could get steelers or elka's for @500 new. I ride at the dunes in Michigan so it's not crazy hard riding to where I'd have to have the higher ends. Just would have been nice if I could've picked em up for a bill.
  5. Yes, main springs broke on one of the shocks. I assume that if you replace one you generally do them all?
  6. Yeah I sent Matt a note Friday but haven't heard back yet. Just wondering in the meantime, have a line on some and don't want to let them slip away if I can get the right deal.
  7. Anybody know roughly how much to re-vamp a set of Works with rezzies/dual rates? Revalve, new springs??

    TSC Shocks

Yes, TCS, fat fingered it. How would u rate compared to works or Elkas. I know a lot is personal preference, but as my status shows.....I'm a noob still.

    TSC Shocks

Anybody have any experience with TSC shocks? Thoughts
  11. Still got em? What kind and what r u asking?
  12. Okay guys looking for some help on this. Doing a strip down to frame with new pc on the frame. In the middle of putting it back together and am going to put +2+1 a arms on it. What if any negatives and reworks would result if I went to use YFZ450 shocks on it?? I hear from one manufacturer of a arms that it's gonna put the bike too tall in the front end, naturally he's pushing Elka's as a fix. How much is true, how much is bullshit? Thanks.
  13. Got an 06 that had some aftermarket lights on it, don't think they're trailtech because the housing are chrome plated plastic. Assume they're Wally World specials? Anyone know where I can find more like this, chrome's starting to flake off. Been on Wally's web, can't find anything like em.
  14. Awesome thanks alot man.
  15. Cheapest place to get asvs? Site sponsors that sell? Thanks.
  16. Take the switch bracket. PM me
  17. Thankls for the input. Didnt crack the left one just got cranked way up and towards the center of the bike. Tried beating the snot out of it, at least enough so that it's not resting on the frame for now. Think I'll take ginger's advice and hang tight for now. Get it built first, then stick some money into the exhaust.
  18. Looking for some input on my 2006 Banshee. I have a question regarding some input to the best all around exhaust. My Banshee has VForce and currently have FMF Fatty's. Looking to replace the Fatty's as my pipes got cranked at the dunes this past weekend. What's abot the best combo for heavy dune, occasional trail riding? Looking to build the bike within the next year or so but for now that's it!
  19. Shearer make spark arrestors for the silencers? What r you looking to get for these with shipping to 48038?
  20. I'm looking to get some small bore shearer inframes. I ride at silver lake so i'd need some sparkys for them. Do you know of anywhere that sells spark arrestors for them because if not then i couldnt get em and i have to stick with my fmfs.
  21. I couldnt find what you were talking about can i get a link?
  22. Ive got headlights similar to trail techs and the chrome is starting to flake. Im looking for something that's better than that and won't cost a small fortune, Thanks.
