So 2 of my stator bolts worked themselves out. Only couple hous in a rebuild. The flywheel rub it pretty good. I lost spark. Since then I've replaced the atartor and ignition coil. Could that have fryed my cdi? Wire harness? I'm at a loss. Any suggestions would help.

So any help would be appreciated. Finally got my shee together built it from scratch basically. I put a goo used tranny in it, forks looked good. Basket had some grooving but i files it diwn and plates were moving freely. It doesn't like to shift under load and wont shift into 4th under load. Had clutch adjusted good and by end of day it was dragging a little. Also running a 4mill if that matters. So does anybody have a systematic approach to improve the stck banshee tranny without cracking cases? Shift star?, pancake?

Well got the leak fixed. First shee build and did a 4mill. 110 rods. So I use the spacer plate. I loosened the cyls and torked the head, then torked the cyls. Passed a leak down. Got it broke in and jetting is super close. Having an issue with shifting though. Doesn't not like to shift under load, and won't go to 4th unless I back off throttle. It was a used tranny that was in good shape, forks looked good. Clutch started dragging a bit. There was a little grooving on the basket, I did file it down some. So any suggestion on a systematic approach to resolve the shifting. (budget minded)

It's been over 30 dys. I contacted them and explained that it was leaking and that I checked level and straight edges them and still leaking. They said even if the cyls are out a ten thousandth of an inch it would leak. Wtf. For real?

Carb outlet measures 28mm. How do I find out if the have been modified or are round 28's. Stumped!!

I'm leaning toward that myself. I can't return it because it's been over 14 days since I received it. So I hoping to get it resolved because I'm almost tapped out from the build. Started from scratch.

Yeah bought it off eBay from Ada. Brand new.

I'm doing my first shee build and have been fighting this Ada head. I rings are in place but still leaks. Any suggestions?

Running air box. Pretty sure it was 35. Crazy I thought. Have to get a magnifying glass. How do I figure out if the carbs are 26, or been opened to 28. That and wtf is with this head? Just purchased it. Ada domes 21cc. The o rings are in place but it's def leaking.

Have other problems. Bought this Ada head and am having problems getting it sealed. O rings all good but Still has leak. Coolant getting in cyl and mix getting in head. It is getting hot very fast also. Out of curiosity I measured the outlet on carbs and measures 28mm. Mikuni. Not sure if they were ported or just round 28's. Bought this as a project but did run before the 4mill. Has 35 pilots, needle is quite long and pointy.

So my first shee build , have a 4 mill, 65.5 bore, fmf pipes, mild porting, uni filter, stock carbs at about 530 elevation. Seems to Idle well not much color on plugs but some. Boggs at around 1/2 throttle and hits like a mofo. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks
