hi guys would like to know if any of you uses extended j arms? not a arms . how are they and where can i pay a set?

just bought a set of toomey t-5s and i was suposed to wait til spring to try em out but i cant wait lol so today ill be tryin to jet the mean machine , i curently have 270 main . whats should i go to 330 and go down til i got it ? banshee is stock , no reeds , no k&n nothing but some pipes lol anyone got the the same set up ? im at 826ft , temperature are curently 0 to 8 degrees celsius

my 87 is running but seem like a jetting problem , no tors , there holes in the air box lid , runs exellent on idle , but when im running its not like it suposed too. i went ridind and it was running like a champ no bogs always on the powerband when i needed it like a real banshee should run, until i realized i was running on the choke! take the choke off and it back fires once in a while when i let go the gas , and it dosent run really good . this is a jetting problem for sure? too lean? shee is stock im at 803ft of elevation , and temperature arounf here are between 20 - 30 degrees. what size of jet should i use and could it be somthing else?. i was riding with my buddy he has a 250sx three wheeler and i had it on 5th gear to follow him, i would need to regear the beast, what kinda gearing whould i use i mostly ride i the pits , and trails. i need more top end without loosing too much accelaration. thanks in advance

i dont have that manuel have a torque whrench 7ft pounds , and pressure plate.

looking for inner and outter clutch hub stock , with all bolts , and also lookin eyes banshee light covers need to be delivered in canada

i broke a bolt in the inner hub , and the outer hub the middle is striped , now i need those parts , and that shaft that the clutch cable goes bent maybe that shaft is not working properly? can i take it out of there? you guys need a picture of what exacltly? cant wait to ride but cant find my problem, guess ill have to take engine out and open it, wish i didnt have to open it.

and also when i had it back together i started it and had it in gear to stall it but it didnt stall and was in 1 st gear and not mooving now it shift but it stay in neutral

finally took it apart and ball is not welded to the push rod but i seen there no rubbers between the clutch friction plate , ive had a banshee last year and there was rubbers between is that my problem???

so you guys telling me its the push rod and bearing that welded together for sure? or it could be somthing else?

you mean the push rod in the middle on the clutch with that little ball bearing in there is welded together? is that right? and i have to take it apart? the whole case? thanks johnny

hi i just bought an original 1987 banshee , before i bought it the guy told me that the clutch lever adjustement on the handlebars fell off so he was riding it without the clutch , when i got home , i put an clutch lever adjustement in and seen that the cable was like too long but i realized there was sumthing wrong so i look at where the clutch cable goes on the casing of the bike and the lever wasnt adjusted properly , it was going in way too much . and then checked the oil and it was full of water so i drained the oil and put some new one in . i had to make a longer clutch perch adjuster so i taught maybe itt was going to work , start the bike , put it in first holdong the clutch and takes off clutch wasnt working at all , after i took the casing of the kick start out and on the clutch basket inside there an ajustement in the middle and the guy had put an extra nut so i said thats why the nut shoudnt suposed to be there so take the extra nut off and then put it back and ajust the clutch so its right on tha line it suposed to be put the casing back and tried it again the da*M clutch lever on the engine base bent when i pulled the clutch , what should i do? buy a whole new clutch I need some help please! johnny
