  1. This is a sweet looking chassis!!!! Looks great in person and very light! If I had the money it would be in my garage tomorrow.
  2. I got the pressure plate installed correctly now. It was definitely an issue, but there is apparaently more problems. The plates and fibers are in there solid and the clutch lever feels right now. I got it into gear and it wouldn't roll, pulled in the clutch and it rolled, let go of the clutch and it still rolled and it wouldn't grab another gear. Clutch still looks and feels good. I'm still not sure about the kickstart... think somethings not right with it, I got it in there and all lined up but when i move it, it doesn't seem to want to move the gear that it conects with (not sure what its called, its behind the clutch basket gear). Not sure if these problems are related. Thanks for any help
  3. Are the fibers and steel plates supposed to be able to move at all after you put the pressure plate on? Mine are sliding about a half inch in the basket
  4. Yeah everything was tight. I'm gonna try moving the pressure plate... hopefully thats iit
  5. When the pressure plate is installed correctly will i be able to slide the fibers and plates at all? Right now i can slide them half inch or so in the clutch basket. i hope thats what i did wrong. Thanks
  6. It's not hitting the clutch cover. I adjusted it where it was against the pressure plate and the ball, then i backed it off a hair so there is a little play
  7. Yes. everything seemed to go smooth till i got the clutch cover back on.
  8. I'm new to working on banshees and would appreciate any help. I just put a new Billet clutch basket, inner hub in the clutch, replaced the fibers and steel plates, and put a new ASV lever on my bike. I have a lock up and pancake bearing... got everything all put back together and the kick start won't move and the bike will roll in any gear. i took the cover off about a dozen times trying to figure out what was going on with it... no luck,. any ideas? thanks
