Thanks for the help guys I ran a tap down the thread and cleaned it out but it was still hitting by about 2mm so I got the angle grinder out a made a slight modification to the caliper mount http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n309/Tim071/Banshee%20HQ/photo.jpg Works a treat, now to finish off the wiring harness

Its not that part that's the problem. The magnet that bolts into the brake disk is hitting on the caliper mount as it spins around.

Installing a new vapour I got off ebay but ran into an issue with the speed sensor. As my hub spins around the magnet hits the calliper. Has anyone else come across this?
