Just finished my 4mil lr w/tz build stock cyls 4mil dune port by cascade t3s pwk28s vf4s 22cc domes cut for 180 comp dyna cdi. I bought it with a +6 no gussets chincy swinger and broke the right tube next to carrier so I bought a beefy +4 box frame swinger with shit tons of reinforcements I'm sure 10 pounds heavier but I jump a lot. Anyways shortyly after I got it I decided to do the 4mil. Having gotten to ride it yet I'm getting antsy and a little nervous I'm wondering if its going to be 2 wheels in the sky all day with a +4 and my mods. Anybody have a similar set up with +4 swinger in dunes?

Mine came with a white brothers boost bottle. I know they don't do shit but it looks cool

. chemicals make big boom, leaded not a bigger boom higher octane. Make sense or are you still scratch in your nuts???
-
Start at 17ft lbs then 20ft LbS In The numbers sequence on the head. I take my cool head to 22ft lbs and use a picture of a stock head on Google search as my reference. Power bands are behind the radiator I think and you can check tension with your fingers ;P just play in power bands are set up by different porting and pipes
-
look through recent threads I don't want to explain it again
-
The yellow power bands work awesome or the red ones
-
Higher octane doesn't mean more responsive. There have been lots of threads about this recently
-
If you have higher compression and/or advanced timing you will need the higher octane to combat detonation. Also fuels like VP and trick are performance enhancing but sunoco 110 doesn't increase performance. Yes leaded fuel will essentially be better for a motor because of its lubricating properties.

. like I said there is a right and wrong way to interpret what is said. Most likely even sunny this weekend. Make sense or are you still scratchin your balls -

Tz bearings are supposed to be good too. My stock cyls were all ready ported so I got a touch up port work for 4mil it was 100 bucks and I got a polished exhaust port out the deal. Cut domes so additional 2mm up stroke won't smash the head. Get a oil seal kit, clutch cover gasket, clutch hub lock washer, base gasket the builder should provide with ported cyls, head gasket or o rings some 1211 case sealer and you should be good to go. Have fun! -

not even resistance I said there might even be resistance which I'm sure there would be. You need to get a clue bud there is a right way and a wrong way to interprate what is said. -

Resistance as in pushing a piston that's not in power band yet. I learn through research and its my first build in the cases. Doesn't say anything about getting sealer on the crank in the service book and I don't want to fuck it up so I asked here where lots of people have sealed up cases -

seems awesome!, however if wouldn't work. It would be like one power band hits and its dealing with the rotational forces, most likely even resistance, on the other piston while its not on the pipes. Not to mention the brutal offset forces applied to rob and crank bearings. Seems like an awesome idea, however I got stoned. -

Cut domes for 4mil started with 22s at 180 comp now -
line up the small arrows
-
if you "toasted" your basket you probably welded the ball and maybe rod to actuator. You need to pull the pressure plate and see if the ball and rod slide out. Then proper alignment of arrows and adjustment screw. Check cable play. Should be good from there.
-
. are you using performance enhancing or just leaded race fuel. You will be fine with 92 on a stock motor you aren't going to benefit with expensive gas unless its VP,trick, or others that are oxygenated and performance enhancing gas. If you have higher compression, advanced timing etc. You will need the higher octane to prevent detonation or "engine ping". A common sign would be your plugs backing out on their own

I went tweaker on it with some q tips and i figured it wouldnt hurt it but i got it all. Did everything by the book its my first 4mil build. first time splitting the cases. So easy even a caveman can do it. Beauty in the simplicity of design. -

I'm kind of a big deal on bhq because I got stoned and had a wild idea. I had no clue so many people know about me and my pipe dream story. I've learned that shit talking is part of a banshee owners attitude and everybody does it so I just have fun and shit talk too -
