  1. I'm gonna try to get the wife out there next Monday or Tues. She grew up in the city and had never been on a atv or snowmobile until she met me. I want to take her during the week so hopefully its not busy since she's never been on trails other than in the back fourty. I figure the Mounds is close and she can get a feel for riding on public trails before I take her up to Gladwin. I bought her a solid $500 LT230 and she rides the hell out of it lol. I'm thinking a raptor is in her future even though it's another 4 stoke.
  2. Has anyone made it to the Mounds in Mt. Morris yet this year? Just wondering if the trails dried up yet and the standing water is gone.

(If you don't know, go here: http://www.topozone.com ) Appx 800 feet above sea level 5) What size pilot jets are you using? 25 stock 6) What size main jets are you using? 260-280 depending on the air temp 7)Needle position? 3rd from the bottom/ stock needle 8) What temperature is your Banshee jetted for? 50-100F 9) Do you have a port job? No 10) What kind of carbs? Stock 11) What size carbs? Stock 12)Mix ratio? 32:1 Amsoil & 110 Octane I have a slight bog out of the hole but hang on to your ass after that!
  5. I just bought a 97 Shee and I'm kinda lost. After all I've read on other peolpes posts I think I'm starting in the right place but I'm open to ideas before I order jets. My Shee has fmf fatty pipes and fmf power core silencers, boysen power reeds, boost bottle, K&N filter with no lid and I ride at appx 800ft elevation. Right now I have 35 pilots, 280 mains, 2 turns on the air screw, and the needle is 3 clips from the bottom. 32:1 mix on 110 octane. My bike starts and idles great with tons of mid and top end power BUT I have a major low end problem......no power and it sputters until about 1/4 to 1/2 throttle. I have a 13t front sprocket, 20in rear tires plus the fattys so I think I should have TONS of low end. I've checked the plus and they are soaked and I have oil spitting out of the exhaust. I was thinking I need to drop to a 30 pilot and 260 mains and see what that does? I was just wondering if anyone had a similar setup and could point me in the right direction so I don't spend a pile of money trying to get my bike dialed in. Thanks for the help!
