Like the title says...besides putting power jets on the carbs whatt cc domes do I need to run is there a preferred squish I should shoot for. My motor is a Dune port 33pwk CPI i.f. I normally ride 1500 elev. Any help and or direction would be appreciated.

I'm with Cam, first thing I thought when you described damage was detonation. Holes in piston = detonation not good

I have my clearance set at .003 on Wiseco forged pistons. Be sure to warm the motor before you rip it at wide open.

is that a .055 squish on a gas drag/dune motor....sounds pretty tall but if it runs hard good to go. My motor is at .041-.042 gas motor drag/dune.

I've ran A WCR Extreme dune able it was ran 3 runs down the strip yep...sent it back he got this one close but if you hot lap it, won't shift under power so it needs to cool then hit the strip again. IMO either by a full override or not at all

13-41 that would be gearing for Motocross...with your motor and rider weight you could easily run 15-40 gear...put a swinger on that Bitch with some aggressive paddles and let it eat

I have another? My buddy had bought a set of CPI's quite a few years back and he took the perferated pipe out of the muffler and replaced it with a solid piece of pipe no holes. Will that have any better performans results of just make the exhaust louder. These are CPI in frames.

I'm PIG RITCH 33PWK 155 main 45 pilot 2 turns out on air screw neddle CEL on 3rd from top....First ride on new build...CPI inframes are gonna be a FUCKIN Blast in the sand , My Question is my pipes were drippin... I was runnin the bike short burts up to full throttle and shifting the fuel I was running was mixed earlier this winter before it got cold but was in my heated garage not on the floor but on carpet what is my jetting change or should I mix fresh fuel.
