lol as much as i wanted to.......it was 1 in the morning and im pretty sure my neighbors wouldn't have liked it too well. Im gonna try in the morning when i get up.

dang that sucks. I checked the stator and it ohm'd good. then i checked the pickup coil and it had a .40mm gap. So i adjusted it to where its suppose to be. Think that could of been the problem?

Its an 02 Banshee, It has been running before but it hasn't been started up in awhile. We had to replace the coil before so it has a new coil and has new plugs. The spark plugs aren't firing. I thought maybe because the stator cover was off and dirt got in there and it wasn't making a good electrical charge so i cleaned up the notches on the flywheel and sprayed off the stator with some electrical spray. Still no fire at the plugs. maybe another bad coil? or maybe a bad starter relay? -

Its where the Clutch inner hub and the Pressure Plate line up. If you look on the Inner Hub theres a hole in the shape of an arrow. its the only hole facing outward and on the pressure plate there is an arrow on top of it as well. line those up after installing all the plates for the clutch. Thats the clutch boss

I figured it out. I didn't line up the clutch boss properly.

ok question. I have read it in the manual but i just want to verify. the metal tab on the metal plate doesnt stick through the basket right? the plates that i have on it wont reach the basket.

I have a clymers and was using it just overlooked the clutch boss. And no they r the same fibers that came out of it

Just got done rebuilding the motor and the clutch doesnt seem to grab. I may have not lined up the clutch boss correctly. tips? im gonna pull the case cover back off tomorrow and make sure i lined up the boss right.

Yea that's what I thought too. There wasn't any damage to the cases I was surprised

The nipple on the right hand side outer crank bearing is sheared off. does the bearing need to be replaced? or could you loctite the bearing when u press the cases together? Words of advice?

Do you still have the Clutch basket?

Looking for a Stock or Aftermarket Clutch Basket in good condition.
