Little more progress. I have spent alot of the last couple days really perfecting the new harness I basically had to strip and rebuild the whole thing cause it was such a mess. Also got an order into Rockymountianatv for some parts just small stuff like new fuel line, new filter, a new vent cap, a tad bit shorter exhaust springs to really get some tension on them pricks and some new grips. Next major purchases will be some vforce 4 reeds, new K&N filter and outerwear combo from RMATV. After that just alot of painting detail work and powder coating. On with the pics! Seat cover is forsale! No rips, tears or anything. Or trade for a drag cut seat. What my harness looked like when I tore all the tape off. Why can't people do anything right!? The power plant in some desperate need of some cleaning and new paint on the covers. So this is my build thread for my banshee, it's more of a rebuild/modify. My bike is a stock frame bike setup for 300ft sand drags 8+ swing arm paddles blah blah blah all the cool stuff. Motor is a 421 on alcohol for the rebuild the the motor is gonna stay the same just freshened up with new rings head gasket and new reeds. Swapping a new frame over and lightening up the new frame. Plans Clean the frame up and powder coat it purple along with a-arms and swing arm everything else is gonna be satin black staying with the stock a-arms and the 8+ swing arm aftermarket rad install a temp gauge back half the frame with a flag mount clean up and repaint plastics go fast and have fun! Anyone here have a pic of a banshee with the frame colorshift and semigloss black plastics? Was thinking it would look good on my bike but was wondering if it has been done. This is the color i had in mind.
