  1. My clutch is stock springs fast fibers n steels direct drive lock up.
  2. Its a 4mm drag port k&t 39.5 mikunis 14.43 gearing bikes +6 out the front +10 swinger 12pdl and I way 240
  3. Compression is 190 but I need to check again. No pump it craps out just barely after I launch. It only clears out and free revs
  4. I'm from Washington. Was going to have my bike tuned on a dyno this weekend but not enough time he has a bunch of people ahead of me.

  8. Ill check to see if its a ricky stator and ya I gapped the plugs to.018 what plugs do you recommend
  9. Came off my 96 and no fly wheels not cut but the stator had some soldiering done
  10. I kinda thought the same. But what do you think it could be. It will rev up and clean out but there is raw alky coming out the pipes. Ill dump the clutch in second then it just falls flat on its face then try to get going again but its off and on
  11. Ya I closed it all the way. It would launch but then just fall on its face after. My needle was set in middle postion and my dump tube was also .116 that's what was scribbed in thw side atleast

  15. Finally got to pulling my carbs apart 55 pilots .115 mains and my needle is in middle and it says 6fj41
  16. It's just a regular black oring
  17. How do i seal it if I'm cutting it to length?
  18. It's the oring that keeps the coolant in that seals the top plate of the head to the base part of the head it is the largest o ring and it's same size as the modquads thicker o rings just a lot bigger to go around the whole head
  19. I took apart my motor on my bike was told it has a port magic head on it and noticed when putting it back together the o ring kit for pro design kit has a smaller o ring for the top piece of the head I need to find a bigger diameter o ring for it the one I need is the largest oring
  20. Ya I know they are drilled and I only got a little time of riding in to tune it. Its rich up top I can launch but then nothing then it will try to het going again

  22. I forgot the needle but its in the middle position ill try and get to it tonight
  23. The only thing I could see when I took the carbs apart was the power jet and it had scribbed in it .116
  24. Might not have enough time to get my bike dynoed and tuned before memorial day. Want help on getting it close so I can actually ride. I have 4mm stock cylinder drag port by k&t 39mm mikunis +7 timing carbs are gravity and its running rich carbs came off 10mm cub
