  1. I would go with a plastic one, will slide better. Buy a sheet from Mcmaster Car, cardboard template. But anything gonna wear your pc. Turn it into a drag bike and you won't have to worry about it!
Have you ever made one before? I'm not sure where i could get the type of mounts I would need, really dont want to use hose clamps and rubber

  2. I've been looking for a poly skid plate, ive never used one but think it will suit me well for fast trails and xc. Does anybody know who sells or makes any? If not best option for a metal skid?

What are people doing for rear end protection also? I currently have a stock swing arm and plan to go with a stellar within the next couple months so i didn't really want one that only bolts to the stocker.. Are those rings worth a damn for protection? What would i do about the rotor side in that case?

    Thanks for your input

  3. The rim on the bottom of the dome, I got domes from driveline performance they were cut to 66.50 but the fella that did my cylinders said they need to be bigger than your bore so he drilled out the rim slightly bigger 67.5 if I recall.

You're done angle is off then most likely if he just took enough off for clearance. Figure out your squish

  6. i just purchased the Abla racing pro peg nerf bars for my Banshee project and they seem like a really sturdy option for under $200.  the heel gaurds are aluminum (which i like better) than just netting.
My reason going netting, I had pro armors on my 400ex with aluminum heel guards /fat pegs etc.
After about 2 months I started to crack the heel guards off (welds looked cold to me). I welded it at work and held fine but it still sucked for a part that expensive. I figured that nets would hold up better for me..

  7. I'm running AC pro-peg nerfs with nets. Seems very solid. Had them powder coated during last rebuild.
Not sure what company you were looking at HSD racing has warehouses in Canada and the USA and they carry a.c. and factory 43 nerfs, prices are listed in Canadian and US dollars. If they have what you want they have no problems shipping and it reasonable. To bad they are not listed as a site supporter. 1e2953f8830f1b944952579db00191c5.jpg4460d901cf1101923b1dd075fa6746fa.jpg
