  2. I have my bike back and had have for a bit , I thought I would give my .02$ on my Redline experience . TWO THUMBS UP . Thanks again all for the info I am very happy with the outcome and cant say enough about Redline Racing. Cameron is very easy to deal with and the cost / work performed is amazing. I own my own company and understand customer satisfaction , problems that arise , and dealing with clients . I cant say enough for Cameron and Red Line Racing , REDLINE has my full respect !!
  3. LOL , I didnt know my old head was worth $50
  4. Thanks , Ive searched for a Picture for a while with no luck Picture= 10000k words . I bought both bikes used so ive really never seen the stock setup. So then my other bike getting built has a boost bottle too , probly why the Intake boots were riped , makes sense . Hmmm are they any good on any motor???
  5. And for all I know its stock . Its chrome no stickers/stamps . My guess is diameter is at least 2" .
  6. LOL I was thinking the same thing , I have nothing to compare it too since my bike is at Redline . I just know I dont have this issue with my banshee. This is a new bike I just picked up . SOOO whats the deal with the bottle anyways? This is my girls bike I am talking about , pro circuit pipes and cool head , trying to give her more low end if it matters.
  7. Im having issues with my fuel line coming out of the gas tank . If I run it up and over the boost bottle there is a bubble at the peak and Im afraid it wont get constant fuel . If I run it under the bottle it pinches right at the valve . Looking at the fuel valve it looks like there is 1 or two allen screws that arent being used . Can I move the outlet location? So the fuel will run down instead of toward the back of the bike?
  8. So today I dropped off my Banshee today at Redline!! Super stoked ,very cool place , awsome guy Thanks Again all for the 411 . I cant wait to ride the finished product !! Not 100% sure what all is going to be done to my motor because of my budget But I am positive the money spent will be worth it and placed in the right areas. Thanks again Redline !!!
  9. Good stuff ! How about that .
  10. Star ill look into it I want to get as much done in the case as I possible can and shifting quick is a must , And yes I think the first thing I said was I had references off Banhq.com He was great I am really looking forward to getting the work done. Im glad I came here for info , the Web search couldnt find any shops and I didnt want any shop , I wanted a great shop , Thanks again
  11. Ya i was thinking about a 4mil it could be added to the budget LOL . Ill have to talk to cam about the cost , and details . I dont need the fastest bike just really want to beat the shit out out of my brothers 700 raptor. I mean hand him hiss ass and have him wanting a banshee!
  12. So I talked to Mike at WK and Cam and Redline , Both awsome and alot of help . Im going to Redline Its going to be a longer drive for delivering the shee , but he wants the whole bike so he can be 100% sure everything it tuned and ready for the sand , He did give me the option of bringing just the motor , But I want it done right the first time. The cost seems very reasonable. Im excited to drop it off , I cant wait to see the difference in performance with the new build . Anyone have any idea on HP / compression or performance with these mods? Or anything else I should do? .20 over dune port + case matched Trued welded crank shaved head probley .30 v force 3 reeds cpi 's k@n stock carbs Thanks Again ALL
  13. Thanks everyone , I going to make a few calls today . Appreatiate it !
  14. So I just toasted a piston last weekend . I have everthing pulled apart . I want and need to get cylinders bored and some port work done . And my tranny looked over , to get it to shift better , crank welded ect. Does any one know of a great local shop in the Portland area . Price / quality is very important so im looking for a few references. Thanks in advance
  15. I got the tail light and the head lamps working off my switch. One problem was the switch was bad . I ran the green to the switch so now I guess the low beams are on , I want the high beams . I have two yellows I know witch one comes from the stator so I guess the other yellow is my high beams. It looks like both yellows come from the stator.
  16. I did see the elec diagram and read the FAQ's I just bought a 95 , looked it over pretty good and am very happy with it. One thing I noticed they took the stock kill swich and light swich and moved them next to the gas tank plastics ( carbon fiber) with a nice swich set up. Well later I am replacing chain , sprockets ect and I notice the wiring harness is all choped up (TORS?) Fixed it. Then notice that the wiring to the new light switch is cut . It is a on off switch and realize if i can use it I can only have high beams and im fine with that. I have two wires coming from the switch , I have two yellow , a green and a blue coming from the harness . Ive tried hooking up multiple ways with no luck! the elements in the lamps look fine , also the tail light doesent work . Any reason why someone would cut all these wires? The kill swich works fine I just need lights! Any ideas???
