Got money back today, asked the paypal rep if paypal was giving me the money or the seller..? Her name was Kim and she said in this case the funds were frozen in his account when the dispute was filed. I wanted to know if that jackass was gettn$. She said if he would have pulled the funds out of his paypalbefore I filed the claim. It would have created a negative balance in his account. I said so what then don't use paypal no more.... She said it's like not paying a bill. Harassing phone calls, credit agencies, debt collectors. They usually always get there money! Don't mess with paypal!
