I’m having issues with my banshee bogging bad on 1st gear takeoffs. Once I hit higher rpms the bike will finally hit the power and and take off. What can I do to get rid of this bog Here is the setup.
HJR dune port
Stock welded crank
Chariot head 19cc domes
Chariot reeds
Shearer inframes
Keihin 28mm pwks
152 main
48 pilot
N68A needle on middle clip
Air screw 1 turn out
Idle screw 2-1/2 from touching slides
Carbs are synced
No air leaks
Elevation is 3500’ temp 80-90degrees

I have a stock crank (not welded) for sale came out of running bike. I'm going 4 mil 100$ shipped
Also have wiseco pistons for stock crank, 65.5. These only have a one weekend dune trip on them. Comes with rings and pin. I will post pics of the pistons tomorrow. 120$ shipped

My problem is that I Just got my motor ported with new topend and now I have a bad crank seal. So I was looking at different options since I'm splitting the cases but I only have one trip on the topend so I'll just put new seals and gaskets and go 4mil later

Can you use wiseco pistons that are for a stock stock crank on a 4 mil short rod crank? Only the 795 pistons are required for a long rod am I correct? So if I have a fresh topend for short rod crank and want to put a 4 mil in I would just have to port for the 4 mil and mill head?

I built a few projects before I did the swinger. My welds looked great on square tubing I'm just not used to the round tubing. I'm positive they penetrated good. I haven't installed it yet but will soon as I get my motor back together.
