200 for the swing arm. plus if its a honda style would it be the same like the stock carrier

Both bikes are awesome its up to you bro a lot of ppl say banshee are not good trail bikes but i think banshee are good for trailing. I love the rush of the power band and when you port your bike you better hold on tight lol.. My friend has a stock 450r and when my bike was stock he past me like it was not thing so yeah.... Good luck on the pick.
