  2. hop on eBay and bid. Might get a great deal on shocks.
  3. Pipes/Silencers: 170674261532 Carbs: 170674262947 Rear Bar: 170674264161 Front bumper: 170674264536 Complete Axle: 170674273112 Works Fronts: 170672887681 A-Arms: 170672892749 Complete front brakes: 170674312171 Complete front hubs: 170674312676 Still have frame, nerf bars, rims, ignition coil, cdi box?, foot pegs, rear brake assembly, and kick peddle. 4. Hence the no reserve starts on eBay. Engine is at $400. Ill post up eBay numbers as I get to listing them. All will have no reserves. Just hoped I could avoid eBay fees. And again. You all know banshee better than I do. Ill happily consider almost any counter offer. The sled I parted out had a H.O. version of the base engine. It had a ring snag in the motor and I sold that in 2 days for more than the base motor in running shape. I really am just spit balling on prices with a machine I've never owned or much timeline researched before. I mean no offense in pricing!
  5. Looks to me bike got beat, never washed, and left outside uncovered in the winter. Then tires that are almost balled woth puncture repair ropes in a few spots. Surprised only thing bent is steering stem. Did power wash everything though. Can't understand letting a bike get this gunky.
  6. shocks are on eBay. Item # 170672887681 . Nerfbars $50 plus shipping.
  7. Engine is now on Ebay. Number 170672434616
  8. I'll get a pic of the wire harness. Looks maybe home made? Like it's all electrical taped around the wires but may be stock. But yes its still there, along with ignition coil and CDI box. I'm starting to get flexible on prices! PM me for interest. I'll probably be updated prices by Sunday. But this also may be the day stuff starts going on ebay. Please, feel free to PM me with interest and offeres. I will not be offended and will negotiate.
  9. Bump. Still have all the parts! Lots of ppl pming but no one taking the plunge!
  10. Best offer on the engine is $800. Any offes?
  11. New Prices! I want this stuff to get moving Everything is off. 13. Front Works shocks Front spindles/rotors Foot pegs Nerf bars Pipes+hardware Silencers+hardware K&N filter Front Brakes (Calipers, hose, pads, lever/m.cylinder all still together) Plastic Radiator All these items are currently off and ready to ship. Still need to pull motor, rear end, and some steering stuff left. A few have asked about carbs. Sorry about not getting back yet. They are caked with gunk so waiting to pull motor to clean it up and get idea what they are and size. This will be tomorrow. By tomorrow, everything should be ready to be shipped. Prices can be negotiable. Remember, I'm not as familiar with the banshee as you! So if my price seems out in left feel, tell me! I'll happily correct myself!
  14. All pm's replied too and heading out to start breaking down.
  15. Plenty of pm's tonight. Heading to bed. If you want something, call dibs! I can be willing to negotiate price. As I said, I got my eye on the next too, soon as I can my deposit from this sale the better. So take advantage of my quick need for cash as you can! But I also won't quite give it away
  16. A link to all the pictures I took day or two ago. http://s1217.photobucket.com/albums/dd390/thejcode2/Banshee%20Parts/
  17. With that said, I'll also update post with pricing as I decide on it! Generally speaking though, I'm going off EBAY and going little lower than what seems like their fair prices! Some bigger items ppl will be interested in though: Pipes with whatever hardware: FMF Fatty gold series $150. Right one has a dent that could be repaired with water in freezer by the looks of it Silencers. FMF Powercore II: $150. Both together $225. Top end complete, ~$700 is asking. This is a Vito 404 cylinders, pistons, Vito cool head, and Vito Hemi domes. Roughly 1 tank of gas ran through it. Price is negotiable but be fair to me! Items brand new with gaskets are little over $1100 Carbs are flat slide carbs: Price not sure yet, also not sure on size. Case halfs: $250 Transmission gears: $80 Bottom end complete: $350 A-arms appear to be +2+1. I'm NOT sure how to confirm this! But pricing wise, they appear straight and no dents. $350 with spindles. Works dual rate Ressies. G series I believe: $350? Front brakes with lines: $60. Lever with master cylinder: $40. $90 for whole front brake assembly. Throttle lever only: $35 Radiator: $35. No punctures. Coolant bottle 5 bucks more. Nerf bars. dirty but look good shape. I'll buy some new bolts at hardware store (the bolts looked hacked that are in it) All hardware and nerf bars $70 Rear shock. Not sure on brand so I'll back to you. There's a shock cover on it. His ad said works shocks all around but looks like a stock shock. Rear axle is a wider axle. Do not know what size but comes out 48" outside to outside of tire. It's straight! $210 w/ spindles and hardware. $180 w/o spindles. Rear rims: $80. Appear to be aluminum douglass rims. Can confirm. I'll get more pricing as I go along with this. I believe I can ship by next day of payments once I start getting bike apart tomorrow. Depending on part, I can start shipping out tomorrow! All items dropped off at shipping shop in afternoon. All items should come with tracking number. No prices include shipping. I got burned on that a couple times (100 dollars shipping on 110 dollar pipe for example but it was too canada). Most everything shipped UPS.
  18. All PM's replied too! Pics are being uploaded this afternoon. Bike is still together so pics are taken of items still on the bike.
  19. Alright part out it is. Pming everyone back shortly.
  20. Anybody want whole bike for $2,000? Got my eye on next toy.
  21. Got ppl laying claim to parts already so I'll start taking notes of whats on the bike and getting pricing together. So far there is dibs on Entire top end Carbs Carb Cables Boots/air intake Axle Axle bearing carrier Shocks? Do not know what they are set up for. I can say it rides a lot softer/better than my Predator with Fox Podium ressies all around. Even with just The 'shee having works on the front! This would have me sold on works shocks if i was in the market. I'll try getting my camera working to get high res photos of all the bike. Mind you, and everyone, I took this on trade so no nothing about it. I just know the motor work was first done 2 years ago. Has a "fresh top end with only a tank of gas through it". I did compression test and it has 135 psi both cylinders. Coming from a snowmobiling background, I'm Leary of mod motors, especially ones I have not done and ones on a brand/bike im not famaliar with. My financial situation also doesn't lend itself easily to keeping proper maintenance on a bike like this. Especially if something were to start letting go. With that said, It runs hard and strong and I'm doing nothing more than selling it before I put a hurt on it and lose money trying to sell a broken peace!
  22. Nevermind! My gf felt bad and by time I got home she had it the clutch cover off and waiting for me to fix Got it working.
  23. I have a 2000 Banshee with a Vito's Performance 404 big bore on it. FMF Fatty pipes and FMF silencers. Gear box (was just open) appears to be in excellent shape. A-arms look straight. Works performance ressie front shocks. I already have a 06 predator I ride so im either looking to part this bike out, sell it, or TRADE for a STOCK Banshee! The second bike is for the gf. So I want the cash to buy something specific, OR want a Banshee to start from a stock form to build up for her to get use to, instead of a 91 or 110 race gas bike. I'm also not familiar with Banshee's so would like to build one up and learn on my own. The size of the Banshee fits her and she does like it. She's ridden dirt bikes before and grew up on 4 wheelers (though usually smaller but had kick starts and had to shift). So with that said, I live in Michigan's upper peninsula. I can and DO travel. Will be downstate a few times this summer. Willing to travel up to 6-8 hours one way for right items. I also have read that parting out is better than trying to sell straight up. With this biking having a few goodies on it, I see it best to pull apart and get more money out of it I hope. First group of buyers (trade, parts wanted, or whole bike buy), is what I'll go with. I live in a rental and work in the yard so a part out is only doable if I can sell a bulk of the parts fairly quickly. Please make offers and/or speak up if interested! More pictures can be uploaded (im down a camera unless I get it working, they dont like sand...). I have parted out a complete snowmobile before so have gone through the part out process before. I'm good at mailing out within a day of payment and I do have paypal. The UPS shipping shop lady knew me by first name and always asked "which part now!??" lol. The 70lb skid frame she loved dealing with.
  24. Did compression test tonight. Both plugs are identically black with nearly no carbon build up. I'll take it since its running 50:1. Compression test is 135 psi both cylinders. Haven't noted what carbs yet and guy didnt know what jets were in it "cuz his buddy did the adjusting"
  25. Hey guys, had my banshee get stuck in 2nd and 3rd gear, searched and found what I needed to do. Long story short, I fixed the shifting, got it 90% together and found I had no clutch lever resistance. Searched, figured out my problem (that adjuster nut/assembly in the middle of the basket), I got that. But now it wont completely disengage the clutch. Neutral it starts. Soon as I go to first gear (with clutch lever in all the way to bars), stalls. 2nd gear I can get it to start but stalls pretty quick. I thought I adjusted the clutch correctly but obviously not. This first time ever sticking my nose in something like this. Have worked on snowmobile motors enough times to be slightly handy with a wrench. But never pulled a clutched vehicle apart. What I did is adjusted it so full squeeze of the clutch lever gave me about 1/8th gap between the pressure plate and clutch plate. This is what I thought was needed so got it back together. And as described above, it's too close? I'm wondering if I can adjust it by other means. I already put this together for the 2nd and hoping I don't have to dump more oil and redo it. If I have to, then I have to, but I live at a rental and I'm working in the dirt/yard. No driveway. Trying to start it in first with clutch in, the bike lurches forward a little bit. Again, I can get it in 2nd gear without bike barely loosing idle rpms. But first gear is dead stall clutch lever all the way in.
