plugs are a little rich, there are 2 carbs and he did not install the idle screws. local yamaha shop said to replace the plug caps first.

Hey guys im new to the banshee world. Just bought a 2001 banshee with dmc pies with the 2 into 1 along with the toomey 2 into 1 intake. the owner said it had the tors elimination kit and does,, but he did not install or purchase the idle screw kit. when i start my shee up it idles really high untill its warmed up. also when i ride it sometimes it runs fine, and other times it acts like i have a bad ground and it barely wants to. Just need to know if i need to buy the idle screw kit.
