I need to replace the flywheel on my 99 Banshee yfz350. I have found a replacement part from someone parting out their bike but the problem is that the numbers do not match perfectly. Mine: 032000-8390 1RZ VCF57 His: 032000-8391 2uy VCF57 Will this still work in my bike?

There was some metal shavings when i shook it, so if that is the case is it a difficult or expensive fix?

My Banshee has been sitting for awhile so I decided to take it out for a rip today. Shortly into the tour I noticed it was making an odd rattling noise. I tried to locate where it was coming from and I ended up popping off the crank case cover. I found that this part in the picture is what is making the noise, when I grab it i can wiggle it back and fourth like it is loose. I not to mechanically inclined when it comes to small engines so my question is: what is this part? What do I need to do to fix it if that is the problem?
