  1. ok,with regards to welding,I do not want to do that to the dominator axle.Should I get a new hub to fit on there? I do however want to weld a hub onto my old stock axle. Price + shipping to SA?Condition?
  2. Afternoon BB 1: We rode our quad with one of the axle nut's loose, which in turn ate up the spline holding the wheel hub and axle together. Can this be welded together, and will it be a viable solution for use on trails(I hardly ever jump my banshee) 2. Just installed a used rpm dominator axle,I purchased with it a new hub for the right wheel, and the left hub i am still using the old hub from my stock axle. There is a little bit of play on the left wheel hub.should I replace the wheel hub or is it fine?the play is very slight, however I do not want it to ruin the splines on the new axle. If I should replace, who here willing to ship it to me in SA? TIA
  3. Im based in South Africa,by the time I order that part from that no. you provided and gets shipped to S.A it will be an empty box with a thank you note inside lol
  4. Cool I will check on that. Yes im hoping to do that test tomorrow so I can see what it is. Could the type of fuel I am using cause it?
  5. Hi Guys. I have used the search function but I couldnt come up with something concrete to my problem. First I must congratulate the forum as there seems to be many enthusiasts who are passionate about there banshees and willing to help where they can with advice. My Elevation is 5760Ft The problem. I picked up my banshee this past saturday and put on about 5 hours worth of riding onto it. Now I noticed before i started riding that the right exhaust, smokes and puffs more then the right.(I am using H1R Bel Ray fully synthetic oil at 30:1) I did however continue to ride and never had a problem at all,no surging sputtering great low and midrange power as well as great top end power and no overheating. I did also notice before I started riding a slight ping'ing or popping noise from the right exhaust chamber or head(they so close together I really cant tell),Im not sure if its pinging or the sound waves through the chambers. All this sounds are form idle,I havent had the chance to twist the throttle and watch for smoke from which pipe when riding. I will be doing a compression test in the week to make sure all is fine. The left exhaust once warm doesnt smoke neither does it heat more then the other side(heat measured by touching) I assume it doesnt smoke because of the type of oil I am using. Any suggestions with regards to why my right one is smoking more then my left. Also bear in mind the right doesnt smoke alot it just has a little bit of puffs. if i out my hand behind both exhaust they feel exactly the same just the right one puffs, and if I listen to the right cylinder it sounds like that tin-tin-tin sound but if I move over the to the left of the bike(left cylinder) that tin tin is less pronounced. My current Mods list: Performance exhaust K&N Filter with outerwear no lid boost bottle As far as I can tell thats about all engine wise. I am still reading and digesting information on how to check the carbs jets so i can give you a figure on that. Also the bike is hard to start when cold.needed to kick start it once warm it starts fine only when cold,Solution to this?what can I do to get it started easier in the morning,or rather what is the problem causing it to be hard to start?
