New here and to the Banshee. It It was a straight trade for a 62 VW bug so I'm not out any $$$ yet. That will come soon enough. I have been going through the shee to see what I got, I don't want to be another blew on the first ride story..... So far I know it has Toomey T5's, Pod filters and the main jet is a 320. I ordered up a flywheel puller and saw that a previous owner had installed a timing plate USA1 brand??? can't find any info on it, they had it set at +7 degrees, a little much from what I have read. I took it back to +4. The reeds look like fiber, can anyone tell me if they are stock or not? any suggestions what they may be? I also added a picture of the cylinders, I can see where it appears to be ported. Is there any way to tell what type of port job it could be from the picture? I know it's a long shot. Hopefully the pictures work, first post here. Thanks for all the hours great reading, cant wait to go riding.
