I've had my dyno for over 8 years and never had problems with calibrations or the dyno being off. I've had wide band o2 sensors go bad during a dyno, but thats about it. I've had many people complain saying the dyno was off, due to them not making the power they thought they would/should. But, in fact the dyno is a tool and if properly maintained it shouldn't have problems. At least mine hasn't.
As to your issue with the bike making 93-94 on the the first couple runs and then dropping off to low 80's. I have seen this many times and will explain what it was in the cases that I've seen. I didn't read through this whole post so I'm sorry if I'm duplicating what others have stated. Anyway, a couple banshees that come to mind that I've had the exact same issue as what you described (90's first two pulls then drops to low 80's) also were alky 4mm stock cylinder motors. (not sure if you have stock cyl or aftermarket). After the bike would drop down to the 80-83 hp it wouldn't make more power with jet changes or timing changes due to the bike being so hot. What I ended up figuring on these particular bikes is that the style drag pipes they were running were a small chamber style pipe. Not a large chamber pipe like a cpi or shearer. That being said the small chamber pipe would build so much heat on these particular bikes after a run or two that they would drop 10 hp due to being so hot. To test the idea we put a set of small bore (out of frame) cpi pipes I had for one of my stoke cylinder bikes onto the bikes I was dynoing. After the pipe change, the power was back up and we could make 5-6 pulls before power would start to fall off.
I'm not sure what pipes you are running or all the details of your motor as I skimmed through the OP, but that could be something to look into. Every motor is different and there are tons of variables, but maybe this will give you a few more things to look for if you haven't found the problem yet.

Glad you sold them for the amount you wanted. I'm with you on not giving shit away. I'd rather rig them up on my lawn mower before selling a pair of $380 shocks for under $200. I've had and seen dozens of sets turned down over the years and have never seen a set explode or fail from it.
Congrats on getting fair value and not back alley crack price.

I'm selling one of my arch drag arms that I took off to go longer. This one is a plus 8" that came off my personal bike. It is very light and has tq bar mounts on both sides of the arm. I used it for 1/8 asphalt for a out a month.
$425
Let me know if you have any questions.
Email is cp5899@gmail.com or call 225-773-0520
Thanks
In the next two pics you can see the tq arms mounted so you can add them to your bike if you want.

I got a few more pics of the axle and hubs to post. I've had a few requests for more pics.
-
The axle is in very good shape and not chipped up as it was used on an 1/8 mile asphalt bike. The chrome is in good shape and the wheel hubs, sprocket hub, brake hub and axle nut are all lonestar billet pieces. They are not loose or show any signs of wear. The axle was only used on the bike for a month before installing a drag axle.

any offers??

They were for this bike. I was going to try and make it a sleeper, but gave up on the idea. Its still a small 64.5 stock cylinder motor despite what people believe.
-
The pipes are new that I had ordered for a project, but went a different direction and don't need inframe pipes. They have never been mounted to a bike. I paid $670 plus shipping for the pipes 2 weeks ago. My loss is your gain. $600 shipped.
Thanks

I'm working on pming everone back who sent pm's. I have to make a correction on the pricing for the hubs. My girlfriend is helping me list all the parts and when she asked me how much for each thing I would tell her a price. When she asked about the hub picture I said $75. It was my fault for not making it clear to her that there are two hubs and I told her $75 for the hub picture because there was only one in the pic. Well I have a complete set so its $75 each making the price $150. These hubs are over $300 new so I priced them less then half off.
Sorry for the mistake.

No trades thanks. I've got more parts then I could possibly need....lol

I don't think so. I have tons of parts so I can't say for sure, but this is what I've come across so far.

I have a ton of banshee parts (well yfz, raptor and trx parts) that I'm going to start selling. I'm going to start off with all the chrome stuff.
I've got a cascade billet front bumper $40, chrome steering stem with cascade handle bar $120, chrome a arms, with spindles and shocks $250. It also has stainless braided lines and mirror polished hand brake setup (see pics). Billet handle bar clamp, lonestar billet front hubs $75. Also have chrome foot pegs. I'll get pics of those later today.
All prices are OBO
If you are looking for anything else as well let me know. I have TONS of parts that I'm getting rid of.

override will help you out a ton. i wouldn't own a bike with out one. Just put a six speed in it and be done. You can get the 60's down with no bar. Just have to practice. I've gone low 1.5's with no bar but have one just because its easier and I just go...LOL
-
Now you could have ______ cylinders and be faster. 10 plus years ago we didn't have cubs, twisters, etc. Back then crankers were the shit...LOL Still look sick!!

new billet 18mm triple crank for sale
in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Posted
I've had the crank for a project that I never got around to building so its time to sell it. I was going to use the crank to build a 18mm dm or dmx triple. Its a crank works crank that has a 72mm stroke (18mm) 132 rod. Its a big bearing small journal crank. Its new in the box and cost over $1700 new. I am looking for a quick sale so I am open to any reasonable offers. A friend of mine posted it on another site, but I figured that I would put it here too. Here is a chance to get a good deal on a spare crank or the start of a new project.
