  1. Gotcha. Thanks for the help sir, it's much appreciated.
  2. So what got them so popular in the first place? Just the hyped up name? BOOST bottle!!!!!!!!
  3. I've noticed a lot of hate regarding the boost bottle so I've been thinking about getting rid of it. It's just a gimmick?
  4. I realize this thread is full of "Need help" topics, and unfortunately mine is going to be more of the same. Here's the story, I bought my Banshee the day I turned 18 in 2004. It's a 2001 that I bought from a dealer with some modifications already made: -FMF gnarly pipes into power core 2 silencers -Single filter K&N intake in a stock box with no top -Boost bottle -Bored .35 over I don't believe there's been any porting work done, and the carbs are the original carbs. Those are the modifications that I know of when I originally bought the machine. In 2009 I did a rebuild and bored to the next size up, .40 over but didn't change any jetting or anything like that. Currently I'm rebuilding again with the same bore size and adding Vforce reeds and eliminating the TORS. I also scored a very nice stock head which has the domes chambered. I want to know what my proper jetting should be. I live in Vermont and I spend my time woods riding, I run BR8ES plugs and 93 octane mixed 32:1. Any other information I need to provide let me know, I would really appreciate the help.
  5. I actually found that same diagram shortly after I posted this and got it all figured out, thanks for the help.
  6. Hey everyone, I've been a Banshee owner since the day I turned 18. I went to my local powersports dealer, got myself a loan, and bought a beautiful used 2001 Banshee (this was in 2004) Last night, someone snuck onto my property and took my Banshee. My garage recently caved in so I haven't had a safe place to keep it. It was found down the road pushed off into the woods. Who ever took it started hacking at the wiring trying to bypass the key. Unfortunately for me they cut enough away that i have no idea where to start trying to piece it back together to get it running again. The plug that the key assembly plugs in to is just plain gone. Any help would be appreciated.
