Screamin'Banshee

My pistons appear to have 0.50mm stamped into the top of them, does this mean they are 64.50 mm aka .020 over? Also my crank has a little side-to-side play.. from what i have read so far it is not of major concern, but this is contrary to what i would normally believe. What do you guys think?
