40 hours of riding and my fullflight arms have sloppy heim joints

First thing you should always do if you want to run heims is get rid of those garbage heims they put in there. American Star sells the direct teflon replacements.

yeah im gunna get some better heims, i figured they wouldnt last with all the complaints about them

Thats odd, ive had mine for 5 seasons and are still perfect. Sorry to hear about your trouble though.
