  1. I could probably sell the carbs separate. Shoot me an email.

I picked up a KDX200 two months ago so I'm not looking to trade for any bikes or quads, sorry. My job is looking like it won't be aorund real long so I want to get cash together to pay off my truck and a credit card in case something bad happens.

Hopefully I'll get some pics together by Wednesday.

  2. I decided to sell the Banshee and get a cheap, old dirt bike. The Banshee is a blue 2000 and has:

    Works Triple rate shocks

    Steering stabilizer

    FMF Fatty pipes

    Bandit XC's on stock rims

    Realtors on ITP Al rims

28mm RD/RZ (I forget which) carbs come with but not installed

    Pro-Flow w/ Uni filter

    Trailtech Speedo

    nerf bars

    aftermarket grab bar and bumper

    Cool Head w/22cc domes

    Renthal bars w/twist thottle

    13T sprocket

edit: Forgot to add it has a swingarm skid plate and a clear PA title.

can't remember what else it has, been a while since I rode it. I've been away so long I'm not sure what to ask so I'll say $3800 obo. If that's out of line then just make me an offer. I'm reasonable. I'm in Lititz, PA. It's about 10 minutes north of Lancaster and about 30-45 minutes from York, Harrisburg, and Reading.

any questions don't hesitate to email me at joshmill@ptd.net

I'll get some pictures posted sometime this week.

  3. I installed mine without too much trouble and I like it alot. IIRC the directions were pretty good. Did your kit come with them?

I'm not sure if I remember this correctly but yes you take the hub off. The magnetic bolt replaces one of the bolts in the rotor. You have to drill a hole in the dust cover for the pick-up. This is all from memory, I could be wrong. I'm going out to tinker in a minute and I'll take a closer look at how I did it.

One other thing I just remembered. That funky bracket with 3 holes drilled in it can be thrown out. It's really only necessary on 87-89's or so.

  4. It just occurred to me that I had no problem when running regular Bel-Ray oil at 40:1. Since I switched to MC-1 at 50:1 I've been having a problem. Does anyone think there's a chance that slightly more premix or an oil that would be less affected by cooling (changing viscosity) could make a difference. If there isn't enough oil or it became too thick such as with the freezing theory that could possibly make a difference.
