Any of you lot have a trailtech on your banshee? I have put one on my shee, just wanted to know the best way of hooking into the magneto/stator for the illumination and warning lights. I am not much of a sparky so I dont wanna go hacking into it and let the smoke outta the wires lol

i had a similar prob on my 01, ended up being the shift shaft eccentric screw, cant hurt to put a new one in and see if it makes a difference, make sure it is adjusted correctly though, or you will have no end of shifting dramas.....

hey all, i got a '98 rmx250 as part payment for my 01 banshee from a mate, he had disassembled it cos it wasn't revving. anyhoo, started looking over it tonight and found the magnets inside the flywheel are loose, anyone here know what type of glue they use to stick them on with?

I would steer clear of the 2nd one, first he says he is selling cos he has nowhere to ride, then goes on to say he will swap for a raptor or other atv's, whats he gunna do with another quad that he has nowhere to ride??

2010 was the last year for aus too, we got the red, white and blue colour scheme, to start with i wasn't too keen on the red frame but it grows on ya

i am in australia and i find it is cheaper to buy my parts from the states, even with shipping (fkn exxy!!) it still works out cheaper than buying the gear locally, we get ripped off over here though, eg; i needed a new tank for my 01 banshee, locally the con artists wanted 120 bucks for a second hand one (without a petcock ffs!) i bought on on egay from a seller in the us for $14 with petcock. shipping was $60 but still worked out better.

i paid $7800 for my 2010 a couple of weeks ago, i could have bought a modded one cheaper but figured this is the last run of them, i always wanted a new one and i reckon if i didnt buy this one i would never again get the chance ( it is a bag of shit standard though ,needs a few mods me thinks!! )
