Alright you guys are probably saying "another f.......T.O.R.S question " and yes another question about the T.O.R.S. but this is not about why there not working or how to adjust them, i just need your advise. i recently bought a 02 shee. i knew something was wrong with the carbs. after i check't out the carbs i found out that the left side T.o.r.s the idle screw is strip't and on the right side the plastic inside the t.o.r.s which im guessing pushes the throttle cable to ajust the idle speed is broken. so my question what should i do , should i by a new set of t.o.r.s or should i do the t.o.r.s removal kit , which one would be my best beat. im on a low budget so keep that in mine, and if the t.o.r.s removal kit is better then can you guys suggest me any good websites to buy them .. thanks again !!

Same thing is happening to mine. like you have said its like turning a switch. i when't riding all week and the next morning it was idling fine but as soon i gave it gas it bogged out . like you have said it wont rev even after letting it warm up. i did the same thing as you did, i check the plugs, clean the carbs and fuel is getting to the engine but nothing work't . there is no modification on the bike, it's bore over to .40 that's the only exception. i still didn't fine a cure for this pain in the a** . so if you or anyone out there knows whats wrong please tell. thanks .. yeah thats kinda what i did i bolted a piece of aluminum and cut it to look leaner and grome it it looks decent but i would like to post some photos up but im having computer problems but thanks for the idea!

thanks for the idea's ! i decided to relocate the key under my seat on left and side. i made two brackets but im not sure which one i want to use. they are both chrome but it doesn't show on the pictures. the one mounted is the one i prefer but i want YOUR opinions ! ban: the spare plug's is a amazing idea sorry i cant upload picture. if anyone really wants to see what i done walk me true the steps for uploading picture i new to all this

So i got a 02 banshee. bored .040 wisco pistons. the bike is stock engin wise. no pipes, no reeds, no cool heads nothing . i know pipes would be my next mod but to buy them new is not in my buget. so i was wondering if someone would have a pair of pipes willing to sell? off topic but, i read some forums and there is something call'd avancing my timing. what is it ? where can i do it ? and should i do it ? thanks again!

Im trying to come up with idea's of where to relocate my key switch, but nothing's coming up. Right now it's in the stock position, hook up on that big black box in the middle of the bars . i was hopping for some idea's and pictures from you guys of where you located your key switch or what you think i should do with it. thanks again !

i got it running better today. before the rebuild the bike sat for a while in the garage. so i cheek the tub under the main jet and that was all clogged so i time the carbs back in sync and adjusted the idle. run good for now. but if something weird happens i will try you suggestion thanks i appreciate for the tips

My carburetor knowledge is weak, i herd about these t.o.r.s removal kit and never really understood what they really do ? or what the benefits of having them are ?. I recently did a top end build and i board it out to 0.040. I had allot of trouble with the carburetors, would the t.o.r.s be the reason why ? 1: what does the kit do ? 2: what are the benefits of having them ? quick question also ... it's a stupid one but bear with me ... by boring it out to 0.040 would i need to increase my jet size and change my reed ? ... i friend of mine told me this would be wise to do thanks again !
