plug chop?...............like my bike got everything done , pipes , bored out , filter , etc but i dont think its jetted

hi so i got a 2002 banshee and it moded pretty much everything you can do : and when i drove my buddy banshee its like the power is always there just as you hits it , and its totally stock . but my is i hit the gas and its a sec or two and then it kicks in .. would that be the boost bottle or...... please help
