SWEEEEEEEET thanks huge help

hi im new to banshee owner ship. i have had quads in the past and i am excited to try out my new banshee. ok so i bought the quad being told it runs just needs cdi. so first thing i did was test everything. it didnt have a ignition so i ordered . the engine kill switch didnt work cleaned the terminals got that working. checked for any loose or bad wiring. so now i am in agreement it needs the cdi so i ordered one off ebay not realizing there is a difference. i read the electrical faq sticky and it says newer cdi will work. my question is there will be one extra wire green with yellow stripe, do i just not hook this wire up .....? thanks for any insight if it comes down to it ill have to find the right one thanks again
