  1. So if I buy all 4 bikes individually I get $100 off the price of buying them all togeather.. think maybe it should be the other way around? Just my thoughts

I was doin hq a Lil fav by knocking a hundred off ...to me a good runnin bike with good exhaust and a stock motor and clean titles is worth $2000 or more easy so im just tryna off them but if you want you can pay the hundred lol but it works both ways I'll take the hundred off consider it done 7500..by any means it's a must I get 2000 for each running bike except the roller because they are definitely worth it

  2. ok this is a 1990 Mojave 250cc Carb (4 stroke) ....i went an picked up my brother Mujave and i kicked it the first time it crunk up and i drove it down the strreet but it feels like the speed is bein restricted so what i did i opened up the carb to make sure it was clean inside because it have been sitting in a garage for about a year...i notice the needle in the carb was missin the hole when it goes up in down so i took off the top part of the carb an i set the needle to go straight down in the hole instead of leaning a little an put the spring back in the position its suppose to be in then i put everything back together an i went to kick to crank it again it wouldnt crank i have here a few pics of what the carbs look like in the inside an pics of the needle missin the hole before i fixed it ...an the side of the carb has a few adjustments on the side like i see it has a stem in three places where does the gasline go correctly ? and what is the other stem near the gasline stem go to ? because the overflow is at the very bottom of the carb ....the problem i had earlier after i put the carb back together was trying to give it a spin was everytime i turned the gas on all of the gas came straight out of the overflow i got it to stop somehow when i opened up the carb but still cant crank its a adjustments that need to be made can you guys give me some help thanks :headbang:

  3. Yea thats the one...

Push it with your finger towards the middle of the cases untill you cant... It should be lined up right with the arrows (one on the case and one on the arm) If it isnt... adjust the middle screw then tighten the nut..

ah ok.. im off on the reply lol... had some work to finish up...

Was it off by a lot?

yeah it was but thanks man

  4. Arrow on arm is under your thumb , arrow on case is on hump by sprocket,. Back screw off, hold arm with arrows, snug screw, back off 1/8 - 1/4 turn , hold screw with screwdriver , tighten nut. By snug, finger tite/barely touching.

ok thanks its all good lined up right

  5. Its the lever in that pic that your clutch cable is attached to... take the cable off. Then push the lever toward the middle of the engine with your hand, the point on the lever should line up with the point on the casings... to adjust you use the screw thats in the middle of your clutch...

    like this?

  6. disconect your clutch cable off the lever thats coming off your engine....

Line the clutch arm with the point on the cases by screwing in or out that bolt you took a pic off...

Put abit of pressure with ur finger on it and line it up...

Then adjust your clutch cable according

what part are you refering to as the clutch arm

  7. use an impact wrench on the clutch bolt it should not keep coming loose and it might have one of those washer that you bend over the nut

and the idle i have to cover all marks

turn down the idle screw (on the tors or side of carb if tors eliminated)

air fuel screw might be lean or rich how many turns is it ?

make sure the cable isnt bound up

when i took off the clutch case the screw looked like this and when i tryd screwin it in it didnt go much farther it started tighting up ....

  8. Sudco has a good book on carb tuning. The Clymers manual covers the carbs very good.

Nothing wrong with stock carbs, Isee a lot of builds with them. might look into getting them bored to 28mm. Remove tors properly.

Yeah I have Clymers manual coming through the mail hopefully it acknowledges me with what I need to know .... Tors ??? What are they I keep hearing it
