Do the spacers come with longer bolts needed?

i got a 03 that i bought blown up and tore down. i just finished putting it together last night. when i got it i ordered pipes. so i need to know where to start with the jetting. im a 03 bored .20 over with procircut pipes and a no airbox and k&n filter with stock carbs? any help would be much appreciated.

I'm rebuilding a 03 shee. And the motor was torn down when I got it and have a few questions now that I'm putting it back in. The hose that is right under the rear motor mounnwhat does it conect to? And what 2 hoses connect to the t fittng and the right side of the case right next to the cylnders?
